Karma Kans is a London-based catering company founded and run by sisters Eccie and Gini Newton. Eccie learnt to cook via stints at Petersham Nurseries and in restaurants in the south of France. Together they shop, cook and deliver seasonal, sustainable lunches, with ingredients sourced from London’s markets, every weekday. Using tiffin tins and delivering by bicycle, Eccie and Gini’s fresh, homemade, delicious food changes every day; and they aim to turn their kitchen into an eco-paradise.
Their first cookery book RAW IS MORE was published in April 2016 by Kyle Books.
