Emma Cook is a part-time commissioning editor for Guardian Weekend and a freelance journalist, specialising in parenting, psychology and relationships. She is also the author of the parenting advice book, ASK YOUR FATHER, and the editor of a life coaching book for Psychologies magazine. She lives in London with her husband and two children.
