James Ramsden is a food writer, podcaster and restaurateur in no particular order. He has written about food and cooking for Delicious magazine, the Guardian, the Times, the London Evening Standard and many others. He presents The Kitchen Is On Fire, a weekly food podcast, and runs Pidgin restaurant in Hackney. He has also launched Sons and Daughters, a sandwich, soft serve, and craft beer shop in Coal Drops Yard. He lives in London with his wife, baby and dachshund.
