Lucy Atkins is an award-winning British journalist and author. She is the author of the novels THE MISSING ONE and THE OTHER CHILD, both published by Quercus. She has written features for newspapers such as The Guardian, The Times, The Sunday Times, The Telegraph and magazines such as Red, Woman & Home, Psychologies and Grazia. She has also written, co-written or ghostwritten six health-related books including the number one Amazon parenting bestseller, FIRST-TIME PARENT (Collins, 2008). Lucy is a regular books critic for The Sunday Times and chairs events at literary festivals including The Cheltenham Literature Festival and the Oxford Literary Festival. She is married with three children and lives in Oxford, UK. Her most recent book is THE NIGHT VISITOR, published in hardback by Quercus in 2017, and in paperback in May 2018.
