Lucy Brazier is a freelance writer and ghost writer, specialising in lifestyle, food and memoir.
She began her career at the BBC before leaving to join the talent agency, Peters Fraser & Dunlop. After 12 years as an agent, representing actors and presenters, Lucy moved to Dorset to work with the writer, broadcaster and campaigner, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall. She continues to write for River Cottage and her book CHRISTMAS AT RIVER COTTAGE – capturing seasonal recipes, crafts and stories – is published by Bloomsbury.
As a ghostwriter her projects include a lifestyle memoir for Bonnier, a LGBTQ+ memoir for Orion, a quiz book for Quercus/Wall to Wall Media and a memoir/survival guide on motherhood. She is currently working on another fascinating memoir for Bonnier followed by an exciting non-fiction publication for Quercus.
She lives on the Dorset coast with her family and swims in the sea most mornings (and tries not to go on about it).
