Rebecca Seal's is an author, editor and broadcaster. Her project SOLO - how to work alone without losing your mind, was a book about to thrive and survive when you're freelance or self-employed. It was published in 2020 by Souvenir Press. Her latest book, BE BAD, BETTER was published in December 2023, by Profile.

She is author of seven cookbooks. The latest is LEON Happy Curries, with the LEON group of restaurants, which came out in October 2019. Rebecca also works as a journalist and specialises in food, drink, travel, lifestyle and human interest stories. Her journalism has been published in the Financial Times, Evening Standard, Guardian, Sunday Times, Times, Sunday Telegraph, Observer, Olive, Glamour, Red, Grazia and Psychologies in the UK, as well as the Globe and Mail and The Australian. She regularly appears on Sunday Brunch, a weekly TV show on Channel 4, as well as on radio programmes across the UK.

She is based in London where she lives with her husband, a photographer, and their two young daughters, and where she also runs a food, drink and lifestyle photography studio, Kemble House Studio.
