Regina Wong writes a popular blog on minimalism and simple living at Simple and Minimal. She is also the founder of Live Well With Less, which began with documenting her journey to living well with less, and focuses on helping others live happier and fuller lives through minimalism. In addition, she leads The Minimalists London Meet Up Group, which provides friendship and support to both aspiring and experienced minimalists through various events.



Her latest book, MAKE SPACE (Skyhorse Publishing) was published in August 2017.
