The awards, recognised as the one of most prestigious in their field, honour the best food and drink writing, publishing and broadcasting from the past year.
OUR KOREAN KITCHEN, by Jordan Bourke and Rejina Pyo won Cookery Book of the Year, Lottie Muir’s WILD COCKTAILS FROM THE MIDNIGHT APOTHECARY won debut drink book, and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s BBC1 documentary, Hugh’s War on Waste took home the television category award.
Claire Ptak’s THE VIOLET BAKERY COOKBOOK was also shortlisted.
