Bianca Bridges is a food writer, social media specialist and the founder and editor-in-chief of Breakfast London.
After being known as the go-to person amongst her family and friends for restaurant recommendations, Bianca started her now award-winning food blog Pretty Hungry while completing her business degree. During that time, she built up her social media expertise through working at start-ups and digital creative agencies, creating content for brands such as HelloFresh UK, Malibu Rum and Absolut Vodka. In her third year, she founded Breakfast London as a way to showcase independent restaurants and fuel her love of breakfast. As its popularity grew and more restaurants sought to work with Breakfast London, Bianca gave up her graduate job to focus on Breakfast London and her other food-related projects full-time.
Breakfast London scouts out the best flat whites, fluffiest stacks of pancakes and perfectly poached eggs so you don’t have to. With a following in the hundreds of thousands, it is considered a top influencer in London’s food scene. As the ultimate guide to where to go for breakfast and brunch, Breakfast London allows Londoners and visitors alike to share and uncover the greatest spots for mornings in the city. Featuring established restaurants, independent cafes and off-the-track spots on its website and Instagram, Breakfast London works with incredible partners and top London chefs.
Alongside running Breakfast London, Bianca advises individuals and companies on social strategy, speaks on social panels, reviews eateries and develops vegan recipes for restaurants as well as her own blog. She is also an environmental advocate and runs events and supper clubs in support of child trafficking rescue charity Destiny Rescue.
Bianca's cookbook, BREAKFAST LONDON, was published by Ebury in 2019.
