Mark Alder

Mark Alder is one of the pseudonyms author and journalist Mark Barrowcliffe. A one-time stand-up comedian, he is the author of mainstream fiction and non-fiction, and also writes for the national press. He also writes the internationally acclaimed WOLFANGEL novels under author pseudonym M.D. Lachlan.

SON OF THE NIGHT is the second book in a new fantasy series and was published by Gollancz in 2017. Mark lives with his wife and children in Brighton.
