Formerly Deputy Editor of the award-winning magazine Waitrose Food Illustrated, Nikki Duffy also wrote a weekly food column in the Guardian. She worked for three years as the River Cottage Food Editor, is author of THE RIVER COTTAGE BABY AND TODDLER COOKBOOK and HERBS: RIVER COTTAGE HANDBOOK 10. She is now a freelance food writer and editor and lives in Suffolk with her two daughters.
