A freelance food writer, Nikki Duffy has worked with some of the most highly-respected publications in the business. Having acted as deputy editor for the award-winning Waitrose Food Illustrated (now Waitrose Kitchen), she also contributes a weekly column to the Guardian. During her three years as Food Editor at River Cottage, Nikki wrote the RIVER COTTAGE BABY & TODDLER COOKBOOK, and helped to edit many others. She now lives in Essex and is available for public appearances.
