But sometimes friends turn up in the most unexpected places, even at the bottom of the ocean. This heartfelt and humorous story gently introduces children to themes of friendship, belonging and the issue of plastics in our oceans.

BLOBFISH was shortlisted for the James Cropper Wainwright Prize for Children's Writing on Nature & Conservation 2023. It won The Society of Authors Queen's Knickers Award in 2023, and the Federation of Children's Book Groups Books for Younger Children Award, also in 2023.
