David Howard

David Howard, author of the forthcoming book CHASING PHIL: THE WORLD'S GREATEST CON MAN, TWO UNDERCOVER FBI AGENTS, AND THEIR AMAZING AROUND-THE-WORLD ADVENTURE, is a journalist and editor with twenty-five years of experience crafting compelling works of nonfiction. His first book, LOST RIGHTS: THE MISADVENTURES OF A STOLEN AMERICAN RELIC, was called a “remarkable American story” and a “marvelously compelling read” in a starred review by Publishers Weekly.
