Michael Lawson

After studying English Literature at Salford University, Mike Lawson left the UK behind to spend the next fifteen years at 40,000ft, working for a host of rather dubious airlines. After living out of a suitcase whilst completing working contracts in Dubai, Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, and The Falklands, Mike returned to Manchester for a life on the ground.

Whilst spending his days training Cabin Crew and Pilots emergency procedures, Mike enrolled at The Novel Studio at London City University before winning a scholarship at The Novelry in 2023. Mike gained representation at Greene and Heaton through the Greene Door Project. He now spends his free time reading queer lit and dreaming of being on Strictly!
