A feature adaptation of Ben Reeves’s debut novel EVERYTHING IS BEAUTIFUL AND NOTHING HURTS is in the works, with Marc Turtletaub set to direct and Oren Moverman to write the screenplay.

Turtletaub revealed the news in an interview with Deadline, praising Reeves’s debut: “It just came out and, in its first week, was on the New York Times bestseller list, so we think it’s quite special.”

Although further production details are still to come, Turtletaub confirmed that filming will take place in the UK.
