Sediment began in 2010, a distinctively entertaining voice in the otherwise serious world of wine blogging. Their first book, Sediment: Two Gentlemen And Their Mid-Life Terroirs, was published in 2014, and won the John Avery Award in the 2014 André Simon Food & Drink Book Awards. It is published in paperback as I’ve Bought It, So I’ll Drink It.
