Rebecca Seal is an experienced food and features journalist, TV presenter and author. Assistant editor of Observer Food Monthly for six years, she is now freelance and a regular contributor to the Financial Times, Guardian, Telegraph, Observer, Times, Evening Standard and Sunday Times as well as magazines like Glamour, Grazia, Psychologies and Men’s Health in the UK and the Globe and Mail and The Australian. She also edits a quarterly food magazine, Cookhouse, for the Soho House Group of restaurants and a regular on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch TV programme.

In 2010 she edited and styled the acclaimed Observer Food Monthly cookbook, COOK: A YEAR IN THE KITCHEN WITH BRITAIN’S FAVOURITE CHEFS. Her most recent book is LISBON: RECIPES FROM THE HEART OF PORTUGAL, which was published by Hardie Grant in June 2017. Rebecca has a BSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and an MA in International Peace and Security from Kings College London.
